It also served as a platform for identifying areas of improvement while reinforcing RMRDC’s long-standing reputation for professionalism, transparency, and innovation.
In preparation for the audit, RMRDC undertook an intensive sensitization programme involving directors and departmental heads to deepen their understanding of the QMS framework. Departments were guided to align their operations with standard operating procedures (SOPs) that reflect global best practices in quality assurance and organizational performance.
The Council embarked on the Implementation Phase toward ISO 9001:2015 certification, as part of its commitment to institutional efficiency, quality improvement and service excellence. The process was anchored on strengthening internal systems, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring all Departments, Divisions and Units align with the Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
