The retreat, themed “Understanding the New Tax Regime in Nigeria: New Laws, New Rules, New Realities,” provided a platform for indepth discussions on recent tax reforms and how they affect businesses, investments, and industrial development at both national and sub national levels.

Speaking on the importance of the engagement, the representative of the State Coordinator RMRDC, Kebbi State, and an Assistant Director, Mrs. Hassan Samirah Usman, said the retreat was timely and relevant to the Council’s mandate.
