Osun State is set to witness a significant boost in skin health awareness with the launch of a free skin care analysis program by the Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC) in collaboration with the Tropical Dermatology Research Institute (TDRI).
The initiative, aimed at promoting skin health and awareness among residents, was flagged off at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Secretariat, Abeere, Osogbo. The Osun-RMRDC Coordinator, Mr. Adeyemi S.A., addressed the gathering, highlighting the benefits of the program, including improved skin health, enhanced self-esteem, and overall well-being.

Mr. Adeyemi explained that participants would undergo a comprehensive skin analysis, which would include a thorough examination of their skin type, condition, and concerns. He assured participants that the analysis would be conducted by trained professionals, ensuring their safety and comfort.
After addressing the gathering, Mr. Adeyemi set the stage for the program by being the first to undergo the free skin analysis. This pioneering effort is expected to encourage others to take advantage of the program and prioritize their skin health.
The program, designed to reach all 30 local government areas in Osun State, aims to leverage expertise in dermatological research to enhance residents’ overall well-being. The program is being coordinated by Engr. Adams O.O. and supported by Mr. Ebenezer Ojelade who will oversee the analysis process and ensure that residents receive accurate and reliable information about their skin health.
The launch of this initiative marks a significant step towards enhancing skin health in Osun State, and residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to prioritize their skin well-being.
