The Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC), Bauchi State Coordinating Office recently paid a working visit to Alind Wire and Cable Ltd. to promote electric wire and cable manufacturing to boost electricity in Bauchi State.
The RMRDC Bauchi State Coordinator, Mr. Turaki Wambai, who led the RMRDC delegation to the company was delighted at the efforts of the indigenous company in providing quality electrical facilities to effect healthy electric supply and foster local manufacturing in Bauchi State.
Mr. Wambai informed the management of the company about the forth coming Africa Raw Materials Summit, an auspicious event of the RMRDC slated for May 20, 2025, emphasizing the Summit’s pivotal role in unlocking the immense raw material potentials to energizing sustainable industrial progress across the continent.
He revealed the unique benefits the Summit will offer to forge connections with critical stakeholders: including investors, policymakers, pioneering researchers, and fellow industry leaders from across Africa and beyond.
“This summit is unique opportunity for Alind Wire and Cable Ltd. to showcase its cutting-edge wire and cable innovations, cultivate powerful partnerships, and tap into burgeoning markets within Africa’s dynamic raw materials value chain,” he said.
Responding with enthusiasm, the General Manager of the Company Dr. Mai Abba conveyed his sincere appreciation for RMRDC’s proactive outreach, acknowledging the importance of the Africa Raw Materials Summit to the Africa Continent.
