The Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC) Sokoto State Coordinating Office successfully held the second session of its Performance Management System (PMS) hands-on training at the Waziri Junaidu History Bureau Building, with full participation from staff members.
The session was led by Miss Halima Muhammad Bagudu, who delivered a thorough and practical walkthrough of the PMS platform, with a focus on task assignment workflows and performance tracking.
The Performance Management System (PMS) training session proved highly effective in enhancing staff capacity and understanding of the platform’s functionalities. During the session, staff members gained valuable hands-on experience navigating the PMS platform, allowing them to interact directly with its key features and tools.
Participants developed a clear understanding of Key Result Areas (KRAs), objectives, and organizational goals, reinforcing how individual roles contribute to broader institutional success. The training also emphasized practical application, enabling trainees to learn how to perform assigned tasks efficiently using the system.
The State Coordinator, Hajiya Nadia Abubakar, extended her appreciation to Prof. Nnanyelugo M. Ike-Muoso, the Director General, for initiating the training, and to the facilitator Mrs. Halima Bagudu for an engaging session.
The training was applauded by the staff as significant, equipping them with the essential skills needed to advance the Council’s strategic objectives in Sokoto State.
